Fetal development at 5 weeks

Up at 5am (technically 4am if we didn't turn the clocks ahead).  Another early morning pee, after which I couldn't go back to sleep...

But I'm apparently 5 weeks today! Doctor's office tomorrow for an appointment with a nurse practitioner.
